We primarily use all of the main shipping companies: UPS, Purolator, Canpar, ICS, GLS,  -  we try to ship orders out the same day if possible. Remote/rural areas may only be served by Canada Post. During the strike it may cause disruptions for remote deliveries, but all other deliveries are shipped via major carriers with a 1-5 day delivery window.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We have our site set up to ship to most provinces. All other areas can contact the store for a shipping quote via messenger button or call us 519-371-9921.  Once shipping label is purchased if there was a large discrepency, we will refund overage to credit card. 

Rates based on total cart value:

$0-50 is $14 ** Out of province minimum shipping is set at $20. Contact store for a custom quote.

$50-100 is $20

$101-150 is $26

$150-200 is $32

$200-250 is $40

$250+ is $50

Some items due to size and weight are not shippable. They are marked as such in the description. If you would like a shipping quote on those items, please contact the store 519-371-9921.

We do not offer return shipping. Any returns are the responsibility of the customer, a return label may be requested but payment will be required to cover the cost of the label. All returns are also subject to the non-refundable shopify charge of 3%.

If you receive a defective product, please contact the store to resolve the issue.
